Exhibitor Registration Closing Early - Last Day May 1

Becoming an Exhibitor

  • Registration for exhibitors opens April 1 and is now closing early, May 1.

  • Food and performance booking is already underway. New food vendors and performers who wish to be considered for this year's event should reach out to watertownartsmarket@gmail.com.

  • Businesses who are not arts-based but interested in visibility at the market should contact Jessie Cox at jessie@watertownbusinesscoalition.com to discuss sponsorship opportunities. ​​​​​

Registration Fee Schedule

  • Businesses - $65

  • Nonprofits - $40

  • Individuals - $30

  • Table & Chair Rental - $25

  • Free registration available to eligible members of the Watertown Business Coalition (WBC). To receive the discount, you must first log into your WBC account and the discount will be applied at checkout. 

Exhibitor Eligibility

  • Registration is open to local Watertown artists, cultural organizations, and arts-based businesses.

  • If you do not have a Watertown address but have a strong connection to the Watertown community, in the registration form describe your connection. You will be notified by June 1 if you have been accepted to exhibit.

  • Participation in a prior year does not guarantee a spot for 2026.​

Registration Fee Includes

  • One 10 ft x 10 ft space.

  • If you need more space, you may register for up to two spaces to be located side by side.

  • Volunteers will help bring you and your gear to your assigned space.

  • You are responsible for providing your own tent to protect from sun or rain.
